APIHEP ONLINE SCHOLARSHIP BUILDERS GROUP is a volunteer organization of Student Literature Evangelists who work for their scholarship by selling books and magazines and by participating in the development of programs, products, and services for optimum wellness and productivity in the context of the global education movement of Project TAPACAN - The Threefold Action Program Against Cigarettes, Alcohol, and Narcotics.
